The rain receiver provides reliable protection against surface water both in close proximity to the foundation and on the site. In the first case, the rain receiver is installed as part of a complex with other elements of stormwater drainage and is mainly designed to collect water from the roofs of buildings, and in the second case - as the main functional device in point water drainage.

The plastic rain receiver is used for point collection of rainwater from the surface, as well as from the roofs of buildings. It is made of high-quality adapted plastic and is able to withstand vehicle traffic. The rain receiver is a small capacity container with outlets for its quality connection to the stormwater drainage system. Since small debris inevitably enters the rain receiver along with water, it is additionally recommended to install special siphon partitions to prevent unpleasant odors from the drainage system, as well as a bucket for collecting debris, which should be periodically cleaned.
If necessary, the height of the plastic rain receiver can be increased by installing plastic boxes on top of each other. This way, a complete inspection well can be assembled, which will serve for a long time. Rain receivers are available in different sizes and colors. The top of the rain receiver is covered with decorative grates made of high-grade or galvanized cast iron, plain or galvanized steel, or adapted plastic. These grates also effectively prevent larger debris from entering the drainage system.

Using a cast iron grate allows for the use of this type of rain receiver in areas with moderate intensity of vehicle traffic, as it is capable of withstanding loads of up to 12 tons.
