As for modern materials used in the production of these products, they are very diverse. For example, rubber doormats are very popular - they are resistant to low temperatures, do not crack, collect dirt, debris well. Among the main advantages is the fact that such mats are not prone to fading, are not afraid of mold, and can be used outside or inside the premises.

Doormats made of natural coconut fibers are also in demand, they have an attractive appearance, and the unique plant material does not darken or rot over time. Coconut fibers are embedded in a non-slip rubber base and effectively trap dirt brought in on shoes.

We must also mention doormats on a PVC non-slip base with polypropylene pile. This is the most common type of pile covering, as the products are easily cleaned with a vacuum cleaner, characterized by long service life, and microbes develop less intensively in the synthetic structure. The use of "loop" mats is especially relevant: the pile is "curled" in a specific way and resembles a curly fur coat. This curl provides additional stiffness (dirt from shoes is removed most effectively).

Dirt-resistant rubber mats are mainly used in public places because it is a very durable material. For example, such products are often found at the entrance of hotels, hospitals, but they are also suitable for home use.
