Return conditions

Returns or exchanges of products are made in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine within 14 days from the date of purchase and are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

In Ukrainian legislation, there are two reasons why a buyer can return or exchange a purchased item:

1. 1. If the product does not meet the quality declared by the manufacturer.
2. 2. If the product fully meets all requirements, but for some reason does not satisfy the buyer.

Conditions for exchanging or returning a product with a manufacturing defect:

1. 1. No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product, and there are no signs of use on the product, and all documents received from the seller are preserved.
2. 2. If a gift was included with the product, it must be returned together with the product. The gift should also show no signs of use, maintain its original appearance, and consumer qualities.
3. 3. If a similar product is not available for exchange at the time, the buyer has the right:

1. a. to purchase another available product with a corresponding price adjustment,
2. b. to receive a refund in the amount of the returned goods' value,
3. c. to exchange the product for a similar one upon the first arrival of the respective product for sale.

When refunding money, calculations with the buyer are made based on the value of the product at the time of purchase. The money is refunded no later than 7 days from the confirmation of the absence of any breach of warranty obligations by the buyer.
